I was totally surprised to see it up on GT already!
DoSomething, that is where the individual's personal tastes come in. Any tutorial can be adjusted to fit your preferences.
The one thing I can recommend to any Photoshop user is experiment with different settings, effects and colors.

Anyways, the only true "problem" I have with it is the mortar in between the stones. It just looks a little awkward to me, being pure white then BAm!!! black. It adds contrast, on the other hand, but just keeps my attention from the actual stoney-ness.
